Day 1 of Business Meetings

Day 1 of the 54th Annual Meeting of the Members officially gets business underway in historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Attendees will come together for the opening sessions, Association business, leadership engagement, and professional development while reconnecting with Warrant Officers from across the nation. The day sets the foundation for the week ahead, bringing together experience, ideas, and camaraderie while strengthening the bonds of the Warrant Officer community.

Did the opening session begin on time and were all ceremonial and administrative requirements properly executed?

Did registration adequately support late arrivals?

Were quorum confirmation, parliamentary procedures, and administrative announcements handled effectively?

Did association and regional reports remain within their allotted time?

Were transitions between speakers and agenda items smooth?

Was the AV system adequate for speakers, presentations, microphones, and audience participation?

Did the Mentorship Panel generate meaningful discussion and engagement between junior and senior Warrant Officers?

Did the Strategy Update clearly communicate USAWOA priorities and direction?

Were Region Breakouts productive and appropriately supported with space and resources?

Were breaks and lunch periods adequate and properly timed?
