The Murph Challenge is a classic test of grit, endurance, and mental toughness honoring the legacy of LT Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life in service to the nation. This workout has become a staple across the military and fitness communities, symbolizing sacrifice, resilience, and the warrior spirit.

 

Full Murph with or without vest (20lb vest males / 14lb vest females)

 

  • 1 Mile Run

  • 100 Pull-Ups

  • 200 Push-Ups

  • 300 Air squats

  • 1 Mile Run

Scaled Murph:

 

  • 1/2 Mile Run

  • 50 Assisted pull-ups 

  • 100 Knee push-ups

  • 150 Air squats

  • 1/2Mile Run

 

The workout can be performed wearing a 20lb/14lb vest for those seeking the full challenge, but it is equally impactful without one.
